The amount of time it takes to complete each 'Find' depends on you and your sleuthing skills. But generally speaking, each adventure will provide 1 to 2+ hours of heart-thumping discovery.

Finders Seekers is a great solo game as well as for groups. We recommend for 1 - 8 players. There's really no limit, it just gets a little crowded after 8. For larger groups, we recommend dividing into smaller groups and then racing to the finish line to see who can solve the mystery first!

No, silly. Each month the 'Find' explores a different locale, but you'll be able to complete the adventure at your leisure from home in your underwear if that's your thing.

Everything you need is included in the box along with your trusty electronic device.

Finders Seekers is always family friendly, no murders or violence in our storylines, but they are designed to be challenging for adults. We recommend for ages 12+, though kids younger than that can definitely participate and contribute with the help from an adult.

Each box will include a checklist of items. If you are missing something, send an email to oops@findersseekers.com and include a description of the missing item and the city theme for the box. 

We always strive for perfection, but as is the case with anything assembled by hand, errors may occur. We consistently achieve a 99.5% accuracy rate.

Our game format varies from one to another, but every game contains a letter on the back of a travel poster from Lucy that gives instructions on how to get started.

Be sure you type the website address exactly the way it appears in the letter, including the .com. Some of our players try to Google, or search, for the web address instead of typing it into the address bar. Google won’t always provide the correct link as its results. Yes! Once you have solved the mystery and know the answers, you can pass the game on to others to play. You'll need to preserve the game materials and resist writing on them. We suggest you use plastic sheets and dry erase markers to do this. In some cases, a scratch-off is used. These can be reset by using post-it notes to cover up the information below.

Yes, most of our boxes require access to the Internet. This is how we provide information for puzzles, hints and verify that you have the answer correct.

No, there is no time limit to play the game. You can start and stop at your leisure. We recommend that you bookmark the web page you leave off on so you can easily return. Our sites are maintained indefinitely, so there is no time limit to play.

Yes, we have several groups get together virtually and solve our mysteries using Zoom. It’s a great way to collaborate and have fun long distance! We recommend that each household/location has their own box so everyone can review the box contents.
